1. Conectar el teléfono y ejecutar Skin Manager. Si tenemos todos los drivers bien instalados, debe conectarse de manera automática y comenzar a leer los skins como lo muestra la imagen.
2. Una vez cargados los skins aparece una pantalla como esta:
3. Para instalar el nuevo skin le damos click en "Install".
Ahi aparecen varias opciones para elegir. OJO, que algunas hacen cosas raras
Tenés, por ejemplo, agenda en imágenes 2x2, visor de imágenes 2x2, elegir menú de 9 ó 12 iconos (OJO, a veces no anda bien). Todo es cuestión de prueba y error.
4. Le damos OK a la ventana emergente y saldrá otra en la cual debemos elegir el archivo de skin (.ski) que deseemos instalar y le damos abrir
5. Automáticamente comenzará a instalarse el skin y demorará minuto y medio o dos dependiendo del tamaño del .ski
6. La skin quedará instalada y la lista se actualizará
7. Click en Skins -> More -> Restart Phone
8. Listo. Cuando renicies el telefono ya podés seleccionar tu skin
DESINSTALACION DE SKINS
1. Seleccionamos el skin que deseamos eliminar y le ponemos click en "Delete"
2. Aceptamos la operación:
3. Ahora borramos la imagen (Pictures -> Delete)
4. Nos vamos a More -> Restart y listo, desinstalado

Eventhough skins manager is pretty easy to use,this guide is for those who are new to skinning their phone.
1)Download skinmanager from [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
2)Connect your phone and open skinmanager. Wait until all the skins are shown up in the skinmanger.
3)You may delete a skin if you need more free space. But NEVER delete the active skin (shown as "checked" in skinmanager.
4)Press "Install" button.You could see a window as shown below.It contains a lot of skin patches you can make. You may uncheck all the patches or check one or two according to your choice.Press OK.
5)Browse for the *.ski file you want to install
6)Wait until the operation is complete.
7)If the skin comes with custom mma_ucp,you can upload it by clicking the "menu files" tab and then uploading the mma_ucp. Make sure that the mma_ucp is made for YOUR PHONE MODEL.This is very important
8.)After completing all the above steps,press "More" button and then Restart your phone(or F10 as shortcut)
9)Done! Now goto personalise menu from your phone,select skins and your skin will be present there..
